A framework, or way of thinking, based on events found in America’s History, drives forced-choice schemata (political behavior) that directs effects on present political choices. Set A ⋃ B  has specific, yet adjustable, events.

• Armed intervention
• Human Rights – Labor vs. Armed Enforcement

Information spikes, in either Set A ⋃ B, triggered by diplomatic (crisis in Ukraine), military (crises in Southwest Asia)  or economic (bank failures, lowered GDP) stressors, influence schema, thus initiating skewed, yet logical relationships. Interpretation and manipulation of information within sets/events, generates complimentary behaviors, dependent on schemata and frequency of information spiking.

Improvement in governmental functions will remain stagnant, since promoter characters and political interests, (non-democratic) will acquire, arrest and remove those characters and procedures that focus on resolving issues pertinent to the will of the general public.

If: A prolonged gap exists between:

the public’s views of political responsibilities –

decrease in propaganda
adherence to voting rights
rebuilding infrastructure
redefining security interests

and

the elected legislators failure to advance on –

relevant proposals related to a national forum
significant ideas unfiltered by supported media (talk radio, pseudo-journalism, manipulated schema)
applicatory legal codes not burdened by, and often member sponsored, political theater
pointful administering of laws irrelevant of region, district, venue, or status

Then: The constitutional process will continue to delay, fostering a fifth column of disrupters and agents. This group maintains a “party response”, a policy of discrimination and of measured cooperation.

Result: A survival response shapes the commerce as a weakened public and private accountability model. Voters experience information valleys. Statements made by characters may have current value, sounding relevant and factual. In other ways, adjustments made by these voters may not reduce their attachment to professional legislators. Their expectations to receive quality representation may get marginalized or lost. Thus, Congressional process negotiates within a perversion set, linked to chronically severe self-interest groups. A critical concern and downside tests the ability to contain volatile schema, which can react independently.
