“The Government will not assail you. You can have no conflict without being yourselves the aggressors. You have no oath registered in heaven to destroy the Government, while I shall have the most solemn one to ‘preserve, protect, and defend it.'” Abraham Lincoln, First Inaugural Address, Monday, March 4, 1861

“In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility—I welcome it.” John F. Kennedy, Inaugural Address, Friday, January 20, 1961

As the fiftieth anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s tour of Texas in November 1963 will commence this year, I have completed a more vivid version of the tragic event that happened in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963. The gist of this conversation was conveyed to the government some time ago; however, I find that a more precise rendition entails a deeper conceptualization, a sharper focus on the subject’s lateralization, and a more accurate explanation of display rules.

Given: Four-step circuit – information, coding scheme, decoding scheme, receiver

Parameters:
I. alphanumeric coding (not dependent on the length of the string)
II. mathematical expectation
III. inclusion method with models

Version: (a) Updated patch corrects delay in decoding; (b) analyzes reasons for perpetrator’s probable demise; (c) ends subject’s circuit, following collection, management, and dissemination of report to receiver.

Technique: A signal technique is the answer to why the perpetrator, Lee Harvey Oswald, determined his choice of information before the assassination of the 35th U.S. President, John F. Kennedy. (his training in radar proves signal deception; his stay in Dallas, Texas, proves an alias dictus – “O.H. Lee”; his purchase of a rifle proves an alias dictus “Alek Hidell”; et ultra)

The use of a coding scheme proves that his motive transcended his present-day allegiances to the U.S. Marine Corps, the state, and any particular government.

This scheme controls a spectrum of properties, or a sequence of letters, that have numerical tags. The first letter in each name and its corresponding numerical position gives an alphanumeric answer. The perpetrator utilized his own name as the condition for his act.

Mathematical Expectation and Models:

Case 2: Assassin of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy – Lee Harvey Oswald
Thus, the name Lee Harvey Oswald = (L:12); (H:8); (O:15) ∴ 35

Case 1: Assassin of President Abraham Lincoln – John Wilkes Booth
Thus, the name John Wilkes Booth = (J:10); (W:23); (B:2) ∴ 35

In case 2, the name of the father who died two months before the perpetrator’s birth – Robert E. Lee Oswald
In case 1, the name of the person who led military units, favored by the perpetrator, Robert E. Lee

Indeed, the name of the entity holding similar properties, Robert E. Lee = (R:18); (E:5); (L:12) ∴ 35

Conclusions:

Actual: The perpetrator focused on relevant, personal data (meditative), dissociating from the role defined by a chronic aggregation of repression, projection, and displacement (RPD). Under-recognition of this associative behaviour (operant), while connecting to abstract models, adds support to both modus operandi and mathematical expectation.

Projected: Require a more acute study, responding to the layering of a viable subject’s structural and functional motif. Chart models featuring a progressive arrangement and composition that present mental status through actual cognitive processes, emphasizing the subject’s directed behavioral decisions. Neurological and sociological manifestations of these parameters must meet stricter assessments to provide greater security, from now on.

Action Management: (a) Build upon initiatives to navigate across group opinions to inform populations as to the benefits of cooperation and the importance of their contributions; (b) Educate the public regarding fraudulent tax schemes that hinder public advocacy groups, if told their concerns support frivolous arguments; (c) Synthesize a national effort to “Archive All So-called Confederate Relics” (AACR); (d) Retain situational awareness when involved or in contact with actors that continue to demand illegal taxation in support of their arrangement.

Lincoln

Short term: Remove names placed on buildings, transportation venues (street and highway signs), statues, and other so-called confederate memorabilia that Federal, State, or local taxes support or which hinder the operations of general civic discourse.

Long term: End the invention of ritual holidays, local and /or state, that support the founding and survival of so-called confederate models, in that Federal, State, or local taxes support or hinder the operations of general civic discourse.

Advice: Lead with this underlining thought, given by President Lincoln, when he referred to the “constitutional questions” heard by the Supreme Court, in his first First Inaugural Address: “It is a duty from which they may not shrink to decide cases properly brought before them, and it is no fault of theirs if others seek to turn their decisions to political purposes.”
